Speedpost Electronic Proof of Delivery

Terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions, the terms “you” and “your” means the person accessing the EPOD Data (as defined below).

  1. These terms apply to any use of the Electronic Proof of Delivery service (“EPOD Service”) provided by Singapore Post Limited (“SingPost”) and/or its subsidiary(ies) (collectively, the “SingPost Group”) on any website owned by the SingPost Group.
  2. “EPOD Data” under the EPOD service may include the recipient’s signature for the relevant SingPost shipment, as may be electronically captured by the SpeedPost courier at the time of delivery.
  3. The SingPost Group is not liable for the completeness, accuracy or availability of any EPOD Data.
  4. You acknowledge that any EPOD Data is provided solely for the purpose of proving delivery of the relevant shipment.
  5. You hereby warrant and undertake (as applicable) to the SingPost Group as follows: you are authorised to access EPOD Data. You undertake not to send EPOD Data to any party which does not have an interest in the relevant shipment, nor will you instruct SingPost to do so; you shall not use EPOD Data in any unlawful manner or in any manner not authorized by the recipient; you shall hold the SingPost Group harmless from and indemnify the SingPost Group against any claim arising from your use of EPOD Data or your breach of these terms and conditions.
  6. You hereby consent to SingPost Group collecting, using, and disclosing your signature for the specific purpose of providing delivery status updates to the sender / named recipient of the parcel and/or their respective authorised persons.
  7. The general terms and conditions (https://www.speedpost.com.sg/terms-conditions-speedpost-services.html) and the SingPost Group Privacy Policy (https://www.speedpost.com.sg/group-privacy-policy.html) (and as they may be amended from time to time) apply to any provision of the EPOD Data and are incorporated in these terms and conditions by reference.
