The designated operator of French Polynesia, the Office of Posts and Telecommunications has advised that an open-ended strike was called by postal workers throughout French Polynesia from 8 July 2019. Conveyance of mail leaving or arriving in French Polynesia will be severely disrupted until further notice.
Bhutan Post has advised that it has been experiencing delivery challenges since Tuesday, 25 June 2019 as a result of the monsoon onset. The heavy rain has triggered landslides, which have blocked roads in most parts of the country, affecting the delivery of all postal items.
Hongkong Post has advised that all postal services and operations are back to normal.
Hongkong Post has advised that owing to a public event resulting in a blockage of streets in major areas of Hong Kong on 21 June 2019, the processing of all inbound, outbound and local mail was seriously affected. Quality of service for all types of inbound and outbound mail has therefore been affected. The impact is expected to last for a few days.

Jamaica Post has advised that there will be some delays in the processing of mails during the period 21 May to 7 June 2019 following an issue that required the shutdown of its operation in the International Mail Processing Centre due to noxious fumes circulating outside and within the Centre.
Poste San Marino has advised that there may be delays in delivery of letters and parcels due to strike action by Poste San Marino employees since 13 May 2019.
LibanPost has advised that the workers responsible for mail clearance have been on strike since 17 May 2019. As a result of this strike, and until further notice, there will be no clearance of inbound and outbound flows, resulting in delays in the processing of all postal items.
Philippine Postal Corporation has advised that postal services in the areas affected by the earthquake on 22 April 2019, including Lubao and Porac, have returned to normal.
